Registration Forms

Hot off the Press! I will be going to the printers tomorrow to print 500 copies of the registration forms. I am sending them as hard copies out to the wards and branches in the Clarksburg Stake. You get to download one here of your very own. Actually there are two sheets to fill in. One is to select your workshops. The other is for your contact details and fancy signature. Print these off and hand them in to your sweet Relief Society President. Easy!
